Building the Future: How Bloomfilter is Expanding Its Tech Team for Tomorrow
By Kraig Kleeman
“When you’re at the helm of a ship sailing the seas of gaming and fintech, every wave feels like a new frontier. Let’s dive into how we’re charting a course to bring new minds aboard for the journey ahead.” – Kraig Kleeman, CEO
Introduction
Howdy! I steer the Bloomfilter vessel, and it is located at the interesting junction where gaming meets fintech. Moving into the 2024/2025 season, I would like to discuss our plans for team expansion and adaptation to future changes.
- Our Game Plan for Expanding the Team
So, are we increasing the size of our team next season? Definitely! We’re considering a mix of direct hiring and nearshore teaming. Why this blend? For one, employing our own people promotes and maintains our distinctive environment. As for the nearshore aspect, it allows us to access skilled wiorkers that may be in short supply near our base of operations without going too far worldwide, which can make teamwork difficult due to time zone disparities. - The Talent We’re After
We’re looking for roughly 30 fresh brains to join our team. We have a strong interest in locating experts .in AI research, data security and blockchain technology. When we began exploring blockchain – it.was just some years ago – felt like going into a jungle with only a small map! Next, we are going d.eep and require skillful individuals who can swim in these intricate waters. - Where We’re Looking
Thinking about where we are looking for talent, these factors are important. We consider the vitality of local tech scenes, availability of modern research and a strong educational foundation. Teams from Eastern Europe have been very successful – areas full of technology lovers and solid STEM education systems have shown to be rich sources for new ideas and steady commitment. - How We Bring People Aboard
The way we handle our hiring process is similar to putting together a puzzle. We combine efforts from our own recruitment with the knowledge of outstaffing vendors who assist in handling basic elements – like payroll, HR matters, tax and such. This approach lets us concentrate on incorporating new team members into the Bloomfilter culture while ensuring they are well taken care of and appreciated from their initial phase with us.
Wrapping Up
When we think about the coming season, it’s thrilling to imagine how much further we can push the limits in gaming and fintech. By wisely growing our team, selecting strategic areas for expansion, and enhancing how we welcome new members into our environment, we are positioning ourselves not only to adjust with future changes but also to play a role in forming these changes.
Creating a team that is full of strength and creativity means more than just placing people in positions. It’s about forming an environment where each person can flourish and add value to something larger than themselves. I am excited to observe how our fresh members assist us in pioneering uncharted paths. May the future be as brilliant as it is exciting!
